Since our establishment in 1998 with the name of “Kani Company” with a company capital of 750,000,000.00 seven hundred and fifty million IQD, the company expanded and combined into 10 companies and then the name has changed to Shenye Group in 2003. Shenye Group has achieved and maintained its leading strategic position within Iraqi market. Its main headquarter is located in Sulaymaniyah governorate in Iraq, and have several branches in all over Iraq, including Baghdad, Erbil, Dohuk, Kirkuk, etc… Shenye Group has expanded rapidly during the past few years, both organically and physically. we are able to provide a wide spectrum of services and products with the highest quality of excellence, all over the country through our ten companies. After this section Shenye Group deiced to create another part which was a medical company, so under the name of Shenye Group Redpoint Company for medical services, health care and medicine was established. It was a good section in business over all that’s why Shenye Group decided to open this section and work in it. After this section, Shenye group deiced to create another part which was oil, petroleum, and energy, so they decided that under the name of Shenye Group to open the company with the name of Zaw’ Al Iraq Company which means “light of Iraq”. It was a very well going business in Iraq and in the area because Iraq has a lot of oil.
